Spearheaded the successful re-branding of Majestic Wine following its separation from Naked Wines. Collaborating closely with internal key stakeholders, senior leaders, and external suppliers. Led the development of all marketing communications to ensure a consistent brand presence across multiple channels. The culmination of these efforts led to an IWC marketing award for “The List” brochure. Additionally, established a new print supplier, delivering substantial double-digit cost savings for the company.
